What is the role about?
• As a Project Manager, you strengthen our team and, after a thorough onboarding phase, handle
projects independently. You work closely with departments such as Planning and Engineering,
Production, and Sales, and you also coordinate with external partners such as transport companies
and energy suppliers.
During this role, you become familiar with our switchgear systems and represent KAUTZ
Starkstrom-Anlagen GmbH externally. Your responsibilities include:
- On-site customer consultation regarding new system concepts
- Project-specific calculation and quotation preparation
- Planning and engineering of customer-specific solutions
- Timely coordination of material procurement
- Organization and coordination of installation activities
- Monitoring the on-time completion of your projects
- Customer and supplier communication related to the project
- Ensuring timely invoicing

Qualifications / Skills
• ️Completed vocational training with further qualification as master technician or engineer
• Professional experience in electrical engineering
• Experience with order processing in SAP desirable
• Ability to interpret circuit diagrams correctly
• Class B driver’s license
• Solid MS Office skills
• Good German language skills (spoken and written)
