Technical CAD Project Engineer Low and Medium Voltage

What is the role about?
• As a Technical CAD Project Engineer, you strengthen our team and, after a thorough onboarding period, handle projects independently. You work closely with various internal departments such as Low Voltage, Medium Voltage, Production, and Sales. You also coordinate with external partners such as energy suppliers.
During these activities, you become familiar with our switchgear systems and represent KAUTZ Starkstrom-Anlagen GmbH externally. Your responsibilities include:
- Electrical planning and engineering of switchgear systems
- Design and coordination of electrical components
- Development of customized electrical concepts
- Creation, editing, and revision of circuit diagrams
- Internal point of contact for production and assembly
- Technical liaison for the customer’s specialist departments
- Ensuring adherence to project timelines
- Generation of parts lists and cable lists

Qualifications / Skills
• ️Completed vocational training with further qualification as master craftsman/technician
• Professional experience in electrical engineering
• Experience in project engineering
• ERP knowledge (SAP)
• Class B driver’s license desirable
• Excellent MS Office and EPLAN skills
• German language proficiency (spoken and written)
